From the music stage to the chef stage, Jeremy James has found gold when it comes to his Smok’d Kitchen brand. Jeremy James, a guitar player, singer and songwriter has graced stages with some of our musics elites and has traveled the world as if he were in the armed services!
Jeremy has some of the funniest, surprising and most amazing stories that will have you glued to your seat gasping for air from laughter. Although, when it comes to his music career which includes anything from gracing the front page of the Daily News, appearing on the infamous BET’s 106 & Park stage, opening up for people like actor Don Cheadle and randomly hanging out with people like Adam Sandler somewhere and much more.
Currently, Jeremy hasn’t really stepped away from the music scene, he’s actually making waves in the culinary space and fusing the two entities of music and entertainment.
The Origin
Like all great stories, The Smoked Kitchen began in the backyard just having fun. Jeremy will play his guitar while hanging out with close family and friends in attendance. Then turned into him having some of the best Artisan chicken in upstate New York.
The Process
Depending on the situation, the chicken is brined the night before and cooked over a small pit of black birch wood for smell and added smoked flavors. In ALL cases the chicken is seasoned and soaked with a combination of organic herbs & spices to a perfection, prepped and served with love.
