Julia Anderson aka Jewelz Champaign, who was a former member and considered to be the “First Lady” of D-Block at one point in her young life of 39 years. Unfortunately, Anderson was gunned down while sitting in her jeep at her job. Surveillance shows a motorcycle pull up along side the jeep and began shooting inside the jeep, striking Anderson and then the assailant fleeing the scene.

Why would anyone want to shoot a young lady then flee the scene? Well, according to reports, Michael Foster is the person responsible for the shooting of 38 year old Juila Anderson. Foster is the Uncle of Anderson. The shooting was caused because of a family dispute. The mother of Michael Foster left the home to Julia Anderson instead of him or the mother.
Michael Foster is also the former road manager of legendary rap artist Jadakiss.
