Willie Junior Maxwell II aka Fetty Wap is home early from federal prison in Sandstone, Minnesota. His initial charges were, conspiring to distribute and possess controlled substances. He, along with 5 others were accused of distributing more than 100 kilograms of cocaine, heroin , fentanyl and crack cocaine in Long Island and New Jersey from 2019-2020 according to reports.

Fetty Wap is currently under home confinement until Nov 8th 2026 where he will undergo regular drug testing including alcohol or unless prescribed medication. He is also unable to open new bank accounts without approval from federal agents. However, remaining in good spirits, now his focus is committed to supporting at risk youth, vision care for young kids. There are also talks of early tech classes for youth as well.
