When you take a plea deal does that mean you snitch or do you do the best for yourself? Would you take a better/lighter sentence than what could be, especially if you know you’re wrong?
West Coast influencer, Whack 100 has accused Max B on snitching allegations because of the overturned conviction in Max’s case that ultimately lead to a lesser sentence. According to reports, Max B makes an appearance on Pistol Petes podcast to break down the allegation’s in full. Pistol Pete, who is
a firm believer in “not snitching” and is alleged member of KAR ( k**L all rats). However, Max B’s time was reduced in 2016 where he plead out to “Man Slaughter” instead of 1st degree murder, armed robbery and kidnapping from a 2006 conviction. Max B filed for misrepresentation in his case because the lawyer that defended Max B was arrested himself! Max B’s attorney was convicted on “conspiracy theft” along with a cop that assisted in taking down Frank Lucas ( Richie Roberts) . However, even after the plea deal, Max B still did 9 years after and is currently home.
