So, according to Mr.Teliaefero Slick em from a semi-legendary RnB boy band “Pretty Ricky” is potentially the first person involved in the culture may it be hip-hop , RNB w.e he is reportedly the first person to wear a new “fashion statement” called the Romper. a Romper is the supposed male version of like a jump suit one piece mainly worn by females but some way some how ..
