OJ SIMPSON maybe released as early as this year?!

OJ Simpson, as we all know was charged and acquitted on a double murder charge of his Wife (Nichole Simpson) and potentially her lover but friend Ron Goldman. OJ Simpson a famed NFL player was acquited on all those charges however was found guilty on the Civil Suit filed by the wife’s family. Shortly after that, OJ Simpson found himself back in prison for Robbery, kid napping, armed robbery and conspiracy to commit a violent crime in an attempt to recovering memorabilia at a hotel in Las Vegas. Information by Nevada Newsmakers

“Typically, when the parole board is making that determination, they are looking at the inmate’s history in the institution, the disciplinary history,” Steven Yeager, the chief deputy public defender in Clark County. “They also look at the age of the inmate and one of the things we always talk about in the criminal justice system is the older you get, the less likely you are to continue committing crimes.”

Simpson was arrested and sentenced and is currently serving a 33 year sentence for the incident. OJ was denied Parole in 2013 for the said incident. Now OJ is set to see a Parole board in June of this year. It seems as if he’s sitting well under a program that takes into consideration of  age, gender and good behavior (past disciplinary) Sports Illustrated reported. Simpson now 69 being held at Lovelock Correctional Center in Nevada.  If granted parole he can be released as early as October!
