YO GOTTI has Billboard removed from his home town

Rapper Yo-Gotti has had a billboard he was having put up, removed due to the decision of the city of Memphis. The situation is a double edged sword. Here it is you have an accomplished rapper/entertainer that was told that he wouldn’t make it in life etc. Could be because he has had multiple arrests in the city of Memphis as well.

One can argue that the type of music that he puts out is very raunchy and not necessarily positive however, a reality for some, thus making it relatable and ultimately a major  part his success. He has also made contributions to his community and provided JOBS for people in his community  and even made some millionaires.. How can you argue that?!

However, he was also implemented in the shooting of fellow rapper Young Dolph and known for “hustling in the streets” degrading women etc. The school system are the ones that are fighting against his billboard. Should the school system have a say so? What happens to the residents  that support him and are in favor of the billboard?
