Pedro Jeminez, 63 year old male that was setting up cones for the Brooklyn shoot of the 50cent hit show titled POWER. According to Variety.com. the incident took place at about 4:20 am and was struck by a 2006 Ford Explorer. The driver remained at the scene until cops arrived. Jeminez was taken to Brooklyn hospital where he was later pronounced dead shortly after. The incident is currently under investigation and there are no known arrests made at this time.
