Gerald Saluti was rapper MAX B lawyer when Max B was arrested for aggravated man slaughter, 2 counts of felony murder , 3 counts of armed robbery and one count of conspiracy back in 2009. Max B went to trial but blew and is now serving a 75 year to life term.
However, Saluti also has a partner in crime Richard Roberts that was said to have been noted in the taking down of Heroin King Pin Frank Lucas (see movie AMERICAN GANGSTER). Roberts and Saluti stole settlement money and escrow funds from 4 of their clients between 2012 an 2013. Reports say that they (Roberts and Saluti) spent the money on cars, entertainment and … alimony. Roberts tried to blame their administrator at their law firm Gabriel Iannacone. Iannacone plead guilty in January to third degree theft charges.
